A powerful healing tool based on the principle of free flowing energy throughout the body. This energy affects both mental and physical health. Acupuncture is used to restore this energy and provide a safe and effective path to proper health. It is used to reduce pain, lower stress and anxiety, balance hormones, improve digestion, and improve sports performance.
Cold Laser Therapy
Laser light is used to help speed injury repair. Laser stimulation to damaged tissue induces several powerful chemical reactions. By stimulating cells to produce more cellular energy and quickly reducing inflammation, laser therapy is proven to speed bone fracture repair, accelerate growth and repair of damaged ligaments, nerves and tendons, and even regenerate cartilage
Cupping uses a series of glass or plastic cups to provide suction to areas of high muscular tension. They have a unique ability to lift and loosen muscles that have been chronically tight or spasmed. The effect is massive pain relief and increased mobility
Based on my experience as an athlete, I have a unique understanding of the physical and emotional demands of competition at the highest level. The combination of acupuncture and cold laser therapy can ensure rapid injury recovery and promise improved sports performance
Medical acupuncture offers a different perspective on treatments where we examine the problem and solution from a Western medical perspective.

Piper the Master of Mayhem
This is Piper our new Vizsla therapy puppy-in-training. She's full of mischief and lots of love. Once fully trained, she'll be sometimes helping Penny to greet and comfort our acupuncture patients. Yes, her paws are huge and that terrifies us. Stay tuned!
