Laser Therapy Helps Osteoarthritis of the Knee

Reference to study back in 2012 suggested that laser therapy at 810 nm wavelength can significantly reduce pain and improve function of patients suffering from osteo-arthritis of the knee. The study compared laser treatments at different doses versus a placebo. Virtually all groups receiving the REAL laser treatments noted significant improvement but the group receiving the stronger does experienced the greatest relief. This is great news for anybody who is struggling with knee pain from osteo-arthritis. Details of the study can be found HERE.
